Our story still has many pages to be written and we are now seeking a Senior Designer to be an integral part of the team driving business growth through a collaborative approach with the various teams.

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

To be a complementary fit for this role, you will fit the following criteria:

  • Very fluent in English (written and spoken), confident in speaking with Australian and other team members and stakeholders in the South-East Asia region
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in graphic design, advertising agencies or marketing departments with a qualification in graphic & digital design or equivalent
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro or equivalent, as well as Mailchimp and other marketing platforms
  • Highly creative and passionate and looking to push the bar and innovate
  • Attention to detail and an extremely strong eye for quality
  • Have the ability to prioritise tasks, focusing on important work while maintaining momentum on other projects
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and welcome to change
  • Great problem-solving skills with a plentiful supply of ideas and solutions
  • Demonstrated experience working in a team environment where consultation, feedback and collaboration is required to build trust
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to apply tactful wit to achieve common goals

YOUR ROLE

  • Bring the Essential and Marketing strategies to life through design and communication and ownership of Essential’s style guide
  • Lead the design of offline and online brand assets and collateral including logos, brand marks, style guides, copy, brochures, POS, video, social media, website, eDM and more
  • Work with fellow Marketing and other team members to manage projects and implement research, ideas and concepts into technical presentations for internal and client use
  • Deliver work that meets the tonal and aesthetic requirements and styles of different geographical markets in line with the Marketing calendar and content plan
  • Provide creative and technical assistance to Sales, HR, Operations and other departments and undertake ad hoc tasks as directed by the Marketing Manager
  • Some domestic and international travel may also be required on occasion
